“Hey.” He breathed the word like a warm breeze across my cheek. A warm breeze that smelled like expensive liquor.

I didn’t even open my eyes before our lips were together. I could taste the heavy, smoky flavor of his drink on his tongue, with a hint of sweetness—that awkward, too sweet flavor of good liquor that would often keep its drinker coming back for more, just as it lured me deeper into our kiss despite the hour.

He was on top of me, behind me, pressing himself against me as his lips ravaged mine and his tongue explored the recesses of my mouth.

I pulled back from the kiss and smiled.

“It’s late, and you’ve been drinking. Shouldn’t you get to bed?”

“I am in bed.”

His hands were pushing up the t-shirt I’d worn to sleep in, unveiling my body to him. His determination didn’t seem drunk. Neither did his desire, solid and hard against my ass as he pressed his hips against me.

He placed his hands on either side of me, putting his weight onto the bed as he continued to pound me.
